The flagship formation experience
LeapYear is the flagship formation experience of Redemptive Generation: a nine-month, in-person program for young adults navigating the transition between high school and what comes next.
Most young people are asked what they are going to do before they understand who they are becoming. LeapYear offers another way.
Build a life with God through practices, Scripture, honest community, and a rooted identity.
Develop the character and capacity to lead yourself, lead others, and lead meaningful change.
Learn to move forward through curiosity, conversation, real-world experiments, and reflection.
