LeapYear has completed its first full year. Six students took the leap with us and became our founding cohort. We built the curriculum, tested the model, and watched young people find room to wrestle with the questions that shape a life.
People in Silicon Valley, New York, Birmingham, Dallas, Denver, and other cities are already asking how they can bring LeapYear to their communities. For now, our answer is simple: not yet.

Your commitment
Choose monthly or annual giving.
The Founder's Circle begins at $9,000 over three years. You can give $250 each month or $3,000 once a year. If you can give more, we would be grateful.
For the annual path, choose One-time and enter $3,000. Repeat that gift once a year for three years.
If a smaller gift is right for you, thank you. It won’t count as a Founder's Circle commitment, but it still matters. We will need a much wider community of supporters to accomplish this vision. Make another kind of gift.

The Founder's Circle is one part of a $3 million growth plan.
Our aim is to build LeapYear into a program whose core growth can eventually be supported by tuition revenue. Donors will still have opportunities to fund scholarships and new initiatives, but we want to run the organization with discipline and build something that lasts.

What is the full commitment?
At the minimum level, you’re committing $9,000 over three years: $250 a month for 36 months or $3,000 a year for three years.
Can I give more than the minimum?
Yes. Choose a larger amount in Givebutter or enter a custom one. We welcome it.
What if I can’t commit that much?
Please give what is right for you. Gifts below the minimum are not Founder's Circle commitments, but they help fund the same work and we are grateful for them.

Predictable support lets us hire carefully, improve the program, and build the operating systems we need before expanding to new cities.
